Everyone has their own recipe for a spinach artichoke dip and this is ours. It is creamy and delightful. Perfect snack comfort food.

Spinach Artichoke dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayo (make sure GF)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ a cup of frozen chopped spinach (thaw in microwave and remove excess water)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until Parmesan is mixed throughout.
- Spread in pie plate and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the top gets brown around the edges. Serve with gluten free crackers or tortilla chips.
