I have found I really like brussel sprouts and usually I roast them in the oven. But sometimes I don’t have time for the oven, or don’t want to heat up the whole house. So I decided to try making them on the stove. I sliced them and added bacon to the mix, because, well, most things are better with bacon. You can also make this Whole 30 approved by using Whole 30 approved bacon. It was so easy! My new go to way of cooking brussel sprouts!
Shredded Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
- ½ -1 lb brussel sprounts, ends removed and sliced
- 4-6 strips of bacon, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook for 5-8 minutes until brown but not crunchy.
- Add brussel sprouts to bacon and stir to coat with bacon grease. Cook for antoher 5 min or until brussel sprounts are softened. Add Salt aqnd pepper to taste. Serve
