I’ve alwasy loved appetizers even when I was younger. In fact when we got married, most of what I knew how to cook was appetizers. I tried these a couple months ago and they are easily becoming my go to appetizer. They are easy, but look fancy, and are delicious.
The asparagus I used in the picture were pretty thin, I prefer ones not so thin. But if thin is what you have then just make sure to cut down the cook time.
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cleaned
- 1 pkg prosciutto
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour small amount of olive oil ovewr the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut prosciutto in half. Wrap each asparagus with half a piece of prosciutto and place on foil lined cookie sheet.
- Cook asparagus at 400 degrees for 10-15 min depending on thickness of asparagus. Serve warm or room temperature.
