Pickle wraps are a staple appetizer at our house. Anytime we are all together someone always requests them. They are super easy to make and sometimes I’ve even made them to bring as an easy lunch.

Ingredients
- 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Jar of pickle spears (if large, slice long ways)
- 2 pkgs gluten free deli meat (I like ham or beef)
Instructions
- Lay 1 piece of meat
- Spread generous layer of cream cheese on meat. Try to spread out to all the edges.
- Place pickle on one corner and roll meant around the pickle. Use the cream cheese to secure the corner at the end of the roll.
