This is another one of my go too snacks. It is an easy one to make ahead and you don’t have to worry about keeping it warm.

Layered Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise (check GF)
- 1 pkg. GF taco seasoning (or make your own)
- 4 Green onions, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- Shredded cheese
- Avocado, cubed (optional)
Instructions
- Mix sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning.
- Spread refried beans on bottom of pie plate. Then spread the sour cream mixture over top. Layer with onions, tomatoes and black olives. Then cover with shredded cheese. Top with avocado if desired. Serve with Tortilla chips
- (can be made ahead of time and keep in refrigerator until serving. Add avocado right before serving if using)
