I like carrots but often don’t know what to do with them other than include them in a veggies and dip tray. This recipe is very simple and makes a quick sweet side dish. I like it because there is virtually no prep – you use whole baby carrots so no chopping neccesary!
Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried dill
Instructions
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, brown sugar, dill, and thyme and combine.
- Stir in carrots and cook over medium heat (uncovered) for 15 minutes or until desired doneness stirring occasionally.
