I will be writing some restaurant review type blog posts that will be mixed in with the recipes I post. I will be reviewing them from a gluten free dining point of view. I will include if specific gluten free options are available and rate them regarding the variety and overall taste of the gluten free dishes.
Hannah’s Bretzel is a gourmet (uber as the sign says) sandwich shop in downtown Chicago. I used to go there occasionally when I worked downtown before I had was diagnosed. I’m not a huge sandwich fan, but the sandwiches are very good and made with top ingredients. Since Bill loves a good sandwich I knew he would like to try it when we went downtown one day about a month after I was diagnosed. I looked online and the menu said the sandwiches could be made on gluten free bread.
