I’ve made this appetizer a few times to bring to parties. It usually goes over quite well. It is salty and savory and goes best on bread but crackers are ok as well. I put it on gluten free bread but I have brought it to friend’s houses with regular bread (usually french bread) and have a seperate dish for the GF bread or GF crackers.
Greek Feta Bruschetta Dip

Ingredients
- 3-5 roma tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 6-8 oz block of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1-2 tsp greek seasoning
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together tomatoes, onions, feta, olive oil, and greek seasoning.
- Taste and if desired drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Serve with GF bread or GF crackers.
