I wanted to try something a little different for breakfast this week, so I decided to do a quionoa breakfast bowl. It was super easy and pretty filling. I just made a batch of quinoa and broke it out into 3 or 4 containers and brought them to work. I heated up the quinoa and then added milk, berries, and honey, but I bet it would be pretty good cold too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- Raspberries, blueberries or other fruit (bananas, blackberries, etc)
- 1 Tbsp honey (per serving)
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon (per serving)
- 2-3 oz Skim Milk or Almond Milk (per serving)
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to directions on the box.
- Scoop cooked quinoa into a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with fruit of your choosing. Add milk and drizzle with honey.
- Note: Can make ahead and store in separate containers to bring to work!
