With the Superbowl around the corner appetizers are on my mind. One of my favorite appetizers is bacon wrapped dates. The sweet and salt is a perfect match, and it goes with anything from a wine tasting to a superbowl party. I like it with goat cheese but Bill isn’t a fan so sometimes I use parmesan instead and it is just as good. These are so easy to whip up, and everyone loves bacon!
