This is a recipe I used to make fairly often, but realized I hadn’t made it in a while. Sometimes I crave some asian flavors and there aren’t a lot of asian restaurants that have gluten free options. We do go to PF Changs occasionally, which have delicious lettuce wraps. This is a take on those. I usually use iceberg lettuce, but when I was eating this batch I was thinking butter lettuce might work better so I will make it with those next time. You can also add rice to the cups, but I don’t think it really needs it.
